Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, manage room keys, and answer incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to scheduled shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring seamless coverage during peak hours.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor public areas of the hotel for cleanliness and safety, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Administrative Support: Perform light clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest logs as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move around the hotel property.
