Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations
- Execute safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Support event operations and special guest requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems a plus)
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required)
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for food service roles)
