Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and optimize room occupancy through advanced PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local Detroit ambassador with recommendations for dining and attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality front desk experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- CRM certification or degree in hospitality preferred
