Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Monitor and control the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, ensuring budget adherence and cost-control measures are effective.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve conflicts to ensure 5-star service standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
