Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Monitor cleanliness standards and coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain high hygiene levels.
- Reservations: Assist in managing room bookings and coordinating with the sales team for group events.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and handle correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with hotel PMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
