As the Night Shift Manager, you are responsible for ensuring seamless operations, guest safety, and satisfaction during the evening hours. You will be the primary point of contact for all overnight needs, coordinating with various departments to maintain our high standards of service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and efficient reservation management.
- Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring immediate resolution.
- Ensure the security and safety of the property, guests, and staff during the night shift.
- Conduct nightly financial audits and balance the Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are cleaned and amenities are stocked.
- Monitor building systems and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, serving as a role model for the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, front desk supervision, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera, StayNTouch, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
