Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and efficient reservation management.
  • Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring immediate resolution.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the property, guests, and staff during the night shift.
  • Conduct nightly financial audits and balance the Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are cleaned and amenities are stocked.
  • Monitor building systems and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, serving as a role model for the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, front desk supervision, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera, StayNTouch, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
