- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software.
- Support special events and daily operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
