Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services and resolve inquiries promptly
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell premium services and amenities
- Maintain accurate reservation and billing records
- Collaborate with F&B and event teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy (PMS systems preferred)
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail in financial transactions
