Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process reservations, registrations, and payments efficiently using property management software.
- Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, manage voicemails, and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Operations Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate complex issues to management.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and reconcile daily financial reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
