Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and grace.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage guest inquiries, and resolve any immediate issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment, directing guests and assisting with directions.
- Concierge Support: Assist in providing local recommendations and arranging transportation or reservations for guests.
- Administrative Support: Update guest records, process payments, and assist the front office manager with daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure the hotel operates smoothly.
- Upselling: Proactively promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest stay and revenue.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or hospitality coursework is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train ambitious candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems is preferred.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are essential.
