Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage, valet parking coordination, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception areas, and corridors.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle package deliveries and ensure secure distribution to guest rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior hospitality experience necessary.
- Strong commitment to customer service and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
