As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests through check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, guest rooms, and public areas to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Assist with guest requests, from restaurant recommendations to local transportation arrangements.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
