Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Manage room reservations and inventory using hotel management systems
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling for arriving guests
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for valet duties
