Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Process reservations, manage billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support daily tasks including inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
