Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services exceeding expectations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell premium amenities and dining experiences
- Maintain accurate reservation and billing records
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Card (if F&B role)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
