Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Handle check-ins/check-outs with exceptional guest service
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and building access
- Prepare daily reports for management team
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license required
