Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service at check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and front desk spaces
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Florida driver's license (for errands if needed)
