Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel services to guests.
- Reservation Management: Assist with answering phones and responding to email inquiries to secure future bookings.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Professionalism: A strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
