Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our proprietary PMS system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certifications a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Team player with positive attitude
- Valid Texas driver's license (if valet duties assigned)
