Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at all touchpoints
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Positive attitude with service excellence mindset
