Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs with precision using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly with solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain immaculate public areas and guest rooms per AAA standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through attention to detail and personalized service
- Support event setup and special occasion coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system aptitude
- Valid California driver's license (for valet positions)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Must pass background check and drug screening
