Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge services
- Assist with housekeeping coordination, room status updates, and guest requests
- Support food and beverage operations in restaurant/bar areas including seating and basic service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across public areas and back-of-house facilities
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to align on operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome to apply
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn property management systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license may be required for errands and local transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
