Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge functions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and room inventory systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Process guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support special events and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems, MS Office)
