Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations, including reservation management and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless overnight operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to hotel protocols
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar)
- Valid Washington DC hospitality certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening
