Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out processes
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping requests
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation coordination
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain pristine lobby and public area standards
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
