Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/checkout processes
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries
- Perform daily front desk operations including phone systems
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Collaborate with F&B and valet departments
- Maintain accurate shift documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
