Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Perform daily front desk duties including phone handling and concierge services
- Uphold cleanliness and professional standards at all public areas
- Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
