Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Operate point-of-sale systems for payments and process financial transactions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas including lobbies and restrooms
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams for facility safety
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations during all shift hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Nevada work permit (if applicable)
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
