Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support inventory management and basic POS operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for shuttle operations)
