Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and guest concierge services
- Train and mentor front desk staff on exceptional service standards and conflict resolution
- Manage reservation systems, room inventory, and occupancy reports
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement solutions
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Monitor budget performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel front desk management with luxury resort experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid Colorado hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
