- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
