Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation inquiries and room status updates
- Assist with luggage handling and guest requests
- Perform daily housekeeping and facility maintenance checks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
