Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using hotel software.
- Manage phone inquiries and route messages promptly to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a smile and problem-solving attitude.
- Uphold strict safety, security, and privacy protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; relevant experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
