Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer inquiries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process registrations, verify identification, and handle payments efficiently using our property management system.
- Reservations: Assist with booking rooms via phone and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby area and assist with luggage or directions.
- Communication: Relay messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Attitude: A genuine desire to learn and serve others in a fast-paced environment.
