Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide a warm, welcoming welcome to guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience using hotel management software.
- Operational Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk operations efficiently during your shift.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Shift Management: Assist in managing room assignments, handling wake-up calls, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Revenue Management: Promote hotel amenities, such as our restaurant and spa, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, hotel policies, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
