Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage check-out procedures efficiently, processing payments and printing folios.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately, or take detailed messages.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure security and order at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
