Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination, room status updates, and guest requests
- Support daily hotel operations including valet parking, concierge services, and maintenance coordination
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout the hotel
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
