Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the property
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Operate hotel systems including reservations and point-of-sale software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
