Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate front desk systems and manage reservation bookings
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public spaces
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No previous hotel experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Valid California driver's license (preferred for airport shuttle duties)
