Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding front desk service including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following hotel standards
- Assist with event setup and banquet service for hotel functions
- Operate reservation systems and manage guest communications
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
