Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures with speed and precision
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing discrepancies
- Operate PMS systems (Opera/Sabre) and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Execute daily audits and report operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Valid DC hospitality license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of DC attractions and transportation networks
