Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and efficiency across all departments.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, create and monitor annual budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with key accounts and VIP guests, addressing concerns with immediate and effective solutions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and local regulatory requirements at all times.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in progressive hotel management roles, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving performance improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
