Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth start to their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Shift Coordination: Adapt to various schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to maintain 24/7 hotel operations.
- Area Maintenance: Assist in keeping the lobby, hallways, and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Service Delivery: Proactively assist guests with luggage, directions, and any special requests to exceed expectations.
- Policy Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to all hotel safety standards, security protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality or business coursework is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Professionalism: Must present a neat, professional appearance and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems is an advantage.
