Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with poise and efficiency.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments using the property management system.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
