Responsibilities
- Manage the night shift front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room key issuance efficiently.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts, processing financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor security systems and premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area information to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle lost and found items and manage key management procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
