Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or housekeeping stations
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to 5-star standards
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Operate hotel systems including POS and communication devices
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service excellence
- Valid work authorization in the United States
