Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
- Assist with event setup and guest activities as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
