Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine room standards through housekeeping duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
- Support food and beverage operations in restaurant/bar service, banquet setup, and event coordination
- Operate reservation systems and manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols, brand standards, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with inventory management and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for transportation needs
