Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional front desk service including check-ins/outs and concierge support
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Assist with event setup, food service, and meeting room preparation
- Process guest payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all associates
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn reservation systems
