Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities with precision
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management team
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to maintain workflow efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to guests during room preparation
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Cleaning certification a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
